Pfizer Picks TNS for UK Info & Modelling

Pfizer has chosen TNS Healthcare to provide it with monthly sales data. The agency's Transact SRi practice-level information and advanced modelling techniques will support and reward Pfizer's sales function, and track brand performance.

The pharma giant said the choice reflected TNS Healthcare's innovation, technical support and client service excellence. Philip Watts, Sales Director at Pfizer, comments: 'Our vision for our UK sales force is to be the most effective in the industry... One critical tool of our trade is accurate sales data.'

Dorothy Knightley, MD of TNS Healthcare in the UK, describes Transact SRi as 'the most comprehensive and detailed information available to pharmaceutical sales forces,' adding, 'It provides practice-level insights through advanced modelling that enables pharmaceutical companies to gain a deep understanding of their key customers, as well as to identify and act on growth opportunities.'
