Online Focus Group Solution Launched

MarketTools, Inc. has launched a new end-to-end online focus group solution, Zoomerang Online Focus, at this week's Market Research Event in LA. Participants can be recruited from the firm's ZoomPanel™ of more than 2.5 million US consumers.

MarketTools says more than 70% of its customers use focus groups, with 'an ever-increasing need for speed and convenience' in their research. The new solution covers all aspects of arranging and conducting a focus group, from recruiting participants and generating a discussion guide, to managing the event and providing a detailed analysis along with a transcript. The firm claims this is all accomplished in approximately one week, compared to four to six weeks for traditional groups.

CMO Pamela Kramer comments: 'Just as Zoomerang revolutionized online surveys for fast feedback, we are revolutionizing how focus groups are conducted. We're committed to bringing qualitative research online and delivering it on demand. Zoomerang Online Focus is another important step in meeting that goal.'
