New Offices and CATI Upgrade for RONIN

January 8 2008

Insight firm RONIN has upgraded its 'Results for Research' CATI system to allow central monitoring of interviews, and moved its London operations to new premises opposite the Houses of Parliament in Vauxhall.

President and CEO Harry Bunn told DRNO that the updated system, which has been trialed for the past six months, is now fully web-based so that interviews can be managed from anywhere in the world. He explained that the enhancement enables project managers to remotely monitor interviewers based in any part of the globe - whether they be call centre or home based, working on in-house or outsourced projects. Information such as which terms interviewers are using and who they are dialing are now all available in real-time.

Bunn believes the system offers the best CATI package in the market and claims that it is already providing cost savings of as much as 25%. His firm is currently rolling it out to 3,500 interviewers worldwide.

RONIN opened its focus group facility behind Buckingham Palace in London in 2004 (www.mrweb.com/drno/news3393.htm ). Around 35 full-time staff have moved the short distance to the newly relocated centre, which also employs approximately 800 contract interviewers.

The firm was established in 1986 in Princeton, New Jersey to offer consulting, research, data collection and marketing programme implementation. Web site: www.ronin.com.
