Winston Rejoins ORC International

In London, Sally Winston has rejoined ORC International as Principal Consultant with the Employee Research (ER) team, after a brief stint as Business Development Director, Organisation Consulting with YouGov.

Winston joined ORC International's ER division in 2000, when she was responsible for managing the firm's public sector and financial sector employee research clients. During this time, she was also involved with developing and implementing the firm's syndicated projects for Housing and Local Government - RSL Talkback and LA Engage. She regularly speaks at seminars and conferences on subjects such as employee engagement, questionnaire design and business modeling, and holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Manchester.
