Olinger Hires Customer Loyalty Veteran

After a short stint with Bellomy Research, Karin Ferenz has left to join US MR firm The Olinger Group as SVP and Senior Consultant.

Ferenz has a 20 year background in customer lifecycle research and analysis, and took up the post of VP Customer Loyalty Management with Bellomy last summer, where she was in charge of client services and market development initiatives for the new customer loyalty division (www.mrweb.com/drno/news7066.htm ). Prior to this, she was VP Customer Loyalty Management for Harris Interactive. She holds an MBA in Marketing Research.
