Quantcast Hires Former Havas Research Head

In New York, Internet ratings firm Quantcast has appointed TS Kelly to lead its media research and measurement initiatives. Most recently, he was SVP Director of Global Research for Havas Digital.

TS KellyKelly brings more than 15 years' media research industry experience to his new role as VP Media Research. Prior to Havas, he held positions at Clear Channel Communications, NetRatings, Doner Advertising, and IAG Research. He has a BA in Communications from Adelphi University and an MA in Media Administration from Syracuse University's SI Newhouse School.

San Francisco-based Quantcast was founded in 2005 to provide publishers with directly-measured audience data. The firm recently introduced a new measurement solution which combines cookie-based traffic counts with people-based audience estimates.
