Leximancer Partners with Satmetrix

US text analysis firm Leximancer has partnered with on-demand software specialist and Net Promoter developer Satmetrix to provide custom analytics and unstructured text mining through its web-based platform, The Customer Insight Portal.

Satmetrix's applications and consulting services are designed to measurably improve customer loyalty and link these results to financial benefits. The company co-developed Net Promoter to enable companies to gather data on customer experience, obtain insights, and establish an ongoing dialogue within the customer community.

Leximancer allows companies to uncover positive and negative themes in unstructured customer verbatims, to help them analyse why customers are satisfied or dissatisfied.
