Vovici Debuts 'Success Package'

Survey software firm Vovici has launched a customer satisfaction and loyalty research package, designed to offer users dramatic increases in customer engagement by increasing the reliability and validity of customer data.

The new Voice of the Customer (VOC) Success Package can be used to help clients develop a detailed understanding of customer priorities to measure and achieve customer loyalty goals.

It helps resolve issues with real-time feedback to improve the customer experience, and measures and monitors the effectiveness of market efforts and other initiatives. In addition, it can be used to engage customers by giving them a 'voice' to shape innovation in products and services.

'We have developed the VOC Success Package to help clients capture data quickly with purpose-built survey software, and then analyze the timely customer insights that will drive their business and justify budgets,' stated Roderick Morris, Senior Vice President of Products and Operations.

The package - which is available as an optional add-on to the Vovici Community Portal -includes standard reports to highlight the challenges and trends in changing customer expectations. These graphical reports can be modified and shared online to disseminate customer insights.
