US-based Paradigm Sample has appointed former Millward Brown exec Charles Voss as Vice President of Sales, with a remit to build the firm’s US sales team.

Founded in 2009, Paradigm offers access to hard-to-reach populations through its GlobalShifters, MobilePulse and IdeaShifters products.

Voss (pictured) joins from bio-metric research start-up EyeTrackShop, where he served as VP of Client Services for the past year. Prior to this, he worked for Millward Brown for nearly four years, latterly as Director, Client and Market Development, and he also held senior roles at BuzzBack Market Research and Datamonitor.
