US-based research software provider Revelation has appointed former Questback/SSI exec Jennifer Philips as Director of Sales, Northeast.

Revelation, which develops qual research software for web and mobile platforms, last year introduced a text visualization and visual search tool called Word Trees, to avoid the need for users to export data to another tool in order to conduct content analysis.

Philips joins from online survey technology firm QuestBack, where she served as Director, Retail and Consumer Insights for the past year. Prior to this, she spent nine years at Survey Sampling International (SSI), where she latterly worked as National Account Manager, responsible for more than $4m in company revenue.
