Waltham, MA-based 'Voice of the Customer' specialist Applied Marketing Science (AMS) has appointed Angela Holloway as Manager of Field Operations.
AMS has two distinct specialisms: 'Insights for Innovation' geared towards new product and service development; and 'Litigation Support' for attorneys with consumer behavior and marketing issues, using surveys and other techniques.
In her new role,
Holloway (pictured) will support both divisions, and oversee all aspects of data collection for primary research projects. She joins from Kadence International, where she was a Senior Insight Executive, co-ordinating fieldwork, conducting focus groups, analyzing statistical data and preparing reports, while also training and mentoring staff.
