In the US, online co-creation communities specialist KL Communications has appointed Elaine Vieira as Research Manager.
KL Communities’ CrowdWeaving co-creation tool is used to tap into consumer opinion for product ideation. The tool combines brainstorming, idea development, community engagement, concept design and evaluation. Three years ago, the firm
acquired communities specialist Grupthink, to boost its own co-creation offer.
Vieira joins with ten years’ supplier-side experience. She joins from Q Research Solutions, where she focused on cosmetics clients. Prior to this, she was Senior Project Director in Harris Interactive’s Customer Loyalty division. In her new role, she reports to Allyssa Gresser, VP Client Relations.
