In the UK, mobile research technology firm RealityMine has promoted Sarah Davis for a newly created role, Panellist Experience Programme Manager, based at the firm's Manchester headquarters.

With additional offices in London and in Sydney, Australia, RealityMine provides individual level mobile usage data via the RealityMeter data collection tool. Davis (pictured) joined in 2015 as Project Manager, having previously worked for TalkTalk as Senior Trials Manager, championing customer experience. Prior to this, she was a Business Analyst at Carphone Warehouse Networks, and she worked for Subway and IBM.

In her new role, she will be responsible for designing and delivering RealityMine's panel experience strategy; working with clients, project managers, and the internal technology team to achieve improved opt-in, activation and retention rates.

COO Chris Shaw, to whom she reports, says the new position is 'key' for the company as it focuses on helping clients achieve 'significant scale' in deploying its behavioural metering technology. He adds: 'Sarah brings with her a wealth of knowledge designing and delivering customer experience journeys and using data driven approaches to drive improvement in panel economics, and is well-positioned to take on this new role'.
