Rare Patient Voice

January 20 2022

Felecia Bryant, Melanie Havert, Sarah Sanders and Chantel ThompsonUS and Canada-based recruitment specialist Rare Patient Voice (RPV) has moved four of its team into new roles.

RPV currently offers access to more than 100,000 patients and caregivers who provide their opinions through surveys to improve medical products and services, across 700 diseases, both rare and 'non-rare'. In late 2020, the firm expanded to Europe through a partnership with research software firm Q One Tech.

Felecia Bryant has been promoted to Project Manager, having joined RPV in 2019 as a Proposal Development Specialist. Melanie Havert has joined the firm's Outreach team as Patient Outreach Manager after previously serving as a Project Manager, and earlier working for the Muscular Dystrophy Association as Development Assistant. Sarah Sanders has been promoted to Senior Project Manager after nearly six years with the company, which she joined in a data entry position before becoming a Patient Advocate, then working in data operations, proposal development and project management. Finally, Chantel Thompson has been promoted to Senior Project Manager, having joined the company in 2017 as a Patient Advocate.

Commenting on the news, President and founder Wes Michael says: 'I'm happy to share more changes to our staff that will further strengthen the work and services that Rare Patient Voice provides to our clients, patients, and caregivers. Three staffers have received well-deserved promotions, and one valued staffer has made a move to a new team. Many of them spent time early on in their careers with RPV as Patient Advocates, which I think speaks to their shared dedication to the patient and caregiver community and helping their voices be heard'.
