Laura is a passionate advocate of driving effective marketing decision making through consumer insight and in her career has carried out market research for many leading brands including McDonald’s, Barclays and ASDA. Laura has worked both client and agency side with previous roles at Nestle UK, Nunwood Consulting and now Brass where she has a particular focus on online communities and digital techniques. In 2008, Laura won the SWOT Marketing Award for ‘Emerging Marketer of the Year’.
