Ketchum Hires London Analytics Team Head

Comms consultancy Ketchum has appointed Fran Cavanagh as Head of Research and Analytics, responsible for leading its analytics strategy and implementation in London.

Fran CavanaghOwned by Omnicom, the agency delivers marketing, branding and corporate communications services across the corporate, healthcare, food and beverage, and technology sectors, with operations in more than 70 countries worldwide. Its Analytics team provides customised solutions that combine quant, qual and digital research and analytics, as well as strategic planning. During the last three years, the London team has tripled in size with the addition of experts from media analysis, quant research and digital analytics backgrounds.

Cavanagh (pictured) joins a global team based in London, Singapore and the US. Most recently, she worked at Dentsu Aegis Network-owned digital marketing specialist iProspect London, leading the agency's Data Science practice. Before this, she served as Senior Insight Manager at the UK Home Office, where she was responsible for leading open source intelligence, designing research and evaluation of communications campaigns.
