New Florida Testing Center Opens

MR and consulting firm Research America has opened a testing facility in Altamonte Springs, Orlando, Florida, to be led by Maddie Sutphin.

The Philadelphia-based company also has a major product testing and focus group center in New York City, and group and interviewing locations in Sacramento, CA and Detroit, MI.

The new Orlando facility features more than 10,000 square feet of space, including customizable areas accommodating anything from twelve to 40 respondents; as well as eight specialized fragrance testing rooms, each environmentally controlled for optimum conditions. The center also offers related services including depth interviewing and specific respondent panels, built to suit long-term market research projects.

Former Consumer Connections employee Sutphin brings 35 years' experience in research, focused on CLT testing for and quality control for the food / beverage and fragrance sectors. Her new title is Director of Product Testing.
