Kudos Research Opens Berlin Office

London-based data collection, analysis and advisory services specialist Kudos Research is expanding into mainland Europe with the opening of a new office in Berlin. This new operation will be led by Divisional Director Volker Balk.

With expertise in the B2B, hard-to-reach, healthcare, biotech and life sciences sectors, Kudos Research and Kudos Health already have clients in the EU and provide data collection services to research agencies globally. The new Berlin office will provide access to a 30-seat telephone centre.

Balk (pictured) transfers to his new role with more than twenty years' experience in healthcare and B2B research, both in Germany and the UK. He joined the business in 2013 as Business Services Manager and more recently served as Head of Kudos Health. Earlier, he spent nearly twelve years at IT, healthcare and B2B MR firm RONIN Corporation, latterly as General Manager, responsible for the operation of the company's global data collection operations.

Commenting on the opening of the new office, Balk said: 'There is a high demand in Germany and the UK for quality data collection and Berlin is a major centre for the research industry .We are basically going where our clients need us to be'.
