In Australia, News Corp-owned TV station Foxtel has appointed Jane Eastgate as Chief Data and Analytics Officer.

Jane EastgateEastgate (pictured) joins after fifteen years at Australian retail giant Coles Group, latterly as Head of Analytics for loyalty program flybuys, operated by Wesfarmers whose main retail outlets include Coles Supermarkets, Coles Express, Kmart and Liquorland. MCN Chief Exec Mark Frain comments: 'The work Jane and the team are building will further amplify MCN's ability to provide powerful data connectivity to our agency partners and advertisers. Jane brings a wealth of experience in strategic data transformation that will not only optimise the subscriber experience, but will also provide commercial opportunities from insight to ROI. We're thrilled to have an executive of Jane's calibre working across the MCN network'.
