Innovation and Insight Promotions at Posterscope

In London, out-of-home and location marketing specialist Posterscope has promoted Nick Halas to the position of Global Head of Strategy, while Russell Smither has been named Head of Research & Insight, with an international remit.

Nick Halas and Russell SmitherHalas previously served as UK Head of Data & Innovation, leading all data partnerships to deliver enriched or new products and services for customers across multiple industry sectors. He joined the firm in 2015 from telecoms firm Telstra, where he was Commercial Advertising & Analytics Manager, having previously held media-related roles at OMD Media Direction and Vizeum.

Smither has fifteen years' media research experience with agencies and media owners. In his former role as Posterscope's UK Insight Director, he helped launch new research methodologies, optimising media planning and measuring the effectiveness and evaluation of OOH campaigns. In his expanded role he reports to Halas.
