Phil Bird Joins Cobalt Sky

Research technology firm Cobalt Sky has appointed survey ops and technology expert Phil Bird as Senior Consultant, focused on providing technology services to key accounts within the business.

Bird (pictured) has worked on data delivery solutions, survey technologies and international resource management. He joined NOP in 1995 and remained with it and successor company GfK for twenty years, working from 2010-2015 as GfK's DP Director and Head of Data Development and Delivery. He then spent eighteen months as MD at Sample Answers and a year as UK Operations Director at ITWP, the holding company for Toluna and Harris Interactive. For the past year, he has run his own consultancy business.
