MarketCast Names CFO and HR Vice President

Los Angeles-based consumer insights and analytics business MarketCast Group has appointed Mike Goddard as Chief Financial Officer, while Tracy Behzad joins as Vice President of Human Resources.

MarketCast Group serves clients in the media, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors worldwide. The group comprises four consumer insights businesses: entertainment research specialist MarketCast, research and strategy agency Insight Strategy Group, social media research and analytics firm Fizziology, and sports research and advisory firm Turnkey Intelligence.

Goddard joins with ten years' experience in CFO roles. He joined Thomson Reuters in 2006 as Director of Finance, and then held multiple finance functions including treasury, investor relations, and transfer pricing before assuming his final position with the company, as CFO for enterprise software business Elite. Goddard previously held roles at Goldman Sachs and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Behzad has held a number of executive HR roles during her 25-year career; most recently serving as VP of HR at IT software firm Bay Dynamics.

In their new roles, the pair will be based at the group's headquarters in Los Angeles, but will work closely with all of the company's executive teams throughout its network of offices worldwide.
