CMI's Leopold Named Head of Life Sciences

Atlanta, GA-based full service research firm CMI has promoted Will Leopold to the position of Head of Life Sciences and Director of Client Engagement. The firm has also appointed Melvin Drake as a Network Security Analyst.

CMI focuses on customer acquisition, share and loyalty in B2C and B2B industries including telecoms, CPG, life sciences, financial services and insurance. Last summer, it set up a Behavioral Science team to drive its proprietary Behavioral Economics offer across sectors.

Leopold (pictured) joined in 2016 as Senior Research Manager in the firm's Healthcare and Life Sciences team. He previously spent three and a half years at C3 Research before shorter spells at Adelphi Research by Design, and Market Strategies. In his new role, Leopold will focus on developing deeper relationships with existing clients, as well as product innovation and development. He will also consult with marketing and brand teams on their objectives, while providing thought leadership on emerging topics in the healthcare and life sciences industries.

Drake joins the Technology Services team to help ensure that CMI'S information systems and computer networks maintain security. He recently completed a 24-month IT program condensed into an intensive fifteen-week boot camp, which provided hands-on instruction covering hardware, software, virtualization, security, network, server, management and mobile devices.
