Hearts & Science Names First Chief Experience Officer

In Sydney, Australia, data-driven marketing agency network Hearts & Science has promoted Jonathan Betts to the newly created role of Chief Experience Officer, starting on 1st August.

Hearts & Science Names First Chief Experience OfficerLaunched by media services division Omnicom Media Group (OMG) in 2016, Hearts & Science helps clients with personalized digital marketing, through a combination of CRM and addressable channels, and real-time insights and targeting. Betts (pictured) previously spent four years at OMG-owned OMD Australia, most recently as Group Business Director. Before this, he worked for ZenithOptimedia as Group Business Director, and he held senior roles at Mediacom, Quantum Media, Starcom and Manning Gottlieb.

In his new role, spanning Sydney and Melbourne, Betts will report to Hearts & Science Australia CEO Jeremy Bolt, who comments: 'I have worked closely with Jon during my time at Annalect, and can see the depth of experience, capability, knowledge and innovation he brings to clients to help them win with data. A capability and way of thinking core to the Hearts proposition'.
