Big Picture Hires Head of Quant

London-based agency The Big Picture (TBP) has appointed longtime Basis Research Director Laura Pereira as Head of Quant, with a focus on innovative techniques in design research.

Laura PereiraTBP, which celebrates its twenty-fifth anniversary this year, works on packaging and branding, digital and consumer experience research and strategy.

Pereira spent the last eleven years at Basis, working for clients such as John Lewis, Ray-Ban, Disney and Tesco, on projects including concept testing, shopper research, U&A, PiU tests, hall tests, pricing research, segmentation and brand tracking. Innovation and customisation of research approaches also featured prominently here, including development of a new VR based ad testing framework. Earlier she spent three and a half years as a Research Manager at Synovate.
