Growth for MR Recruiter Hannelius

London-based MR staffing specialist Hannelius Recruitment has appointed Bonnie McAlpine as a Director and Jennifer Elliott as Talent Manager, both focused on full service MR roles.

The company was set up in 2013 by Katariina Hannelius and Inger Christensen, both of whom had worked at recruiters RP Cushing, and has developed a strong position in Operational, Technical and Sales recruitment for the industry. The two new hires, both joining from RP Cushing successor company Aspire, are intended to drive and continue growth in the full service side of the business.

McAlpine (right) brings seventeen years' recruitment experience, starting in the sales sector and for the past decade - all of it at Aspire - focusing solely on the market research industry. This has given her an in-depth understanding and a reputation for building long-lasting relationships with client firms of all sizes, and as Talent Director - Full Service Market Research, she will drive the full service side. Katariina Hannelius comments: 'Having worked with Bonnie at Aspire, I knew how aligned our views of recruitment were and how passionate she is, and had been hoping our paths would cross again and we would be able to work together'.

Psychology graduate Elliott (left) has 8 years' recruitment experience, the last two of them in MR at Aspire, and the previous six serving schools and colleges at sector specialist Destination Education.
