Verve Adds New Graduates and Talent Manager

In London, community panel specialist Verve has completed its fourth graduate intake, bringing the total number of graduate recruits to twelve. The firm recently appointed long-time MR recruitment specialist Sarah Penny as Talent Manager.

Sarah PennyPenny (pictured) joins the firm's in-house team with twenty years' experience, to continue its expansion across all areas of the European and US business. She most recently ran her own agency Penny Cross Recruitment, providing search, selection and contingency recruitment across permanent and fixed-term contract positions from SRE level through to Divisional Head / Director level, and including researchers, project managers, business developers and business managers. Earlier, she worked for Hasson Associates and RPCushing Recruitment.

Commenting on Penny's recruitment, Verve CEO Andrew Cooper said: 'We're absolutely delighted to have Sarah on board. With her experience in the industry, we're confident she will help us fulfil the demand for talent across the business to enable us to service our growing client base'.

Separately, Verve has hired graduates Francis Raho-Jeavons and Ziyad Rahman to service accounts in London. Graduates are supported through the Verve Academy programme to develop a range of core, cross-functional skills. Executive Director Tim Martin added: 'So far we have unearthed some exceptional talent through our graduate scheme. It's exciting to bring on new talent to the industry, and the latest round is no exception'.
