US Firm Research Results Brings in CCO

US-based MR operations specialist Research Results, Inc.has appointed Ellen Pieper as Chief Client Officer, responsible for the leadership, vision and financial performance of the team of subject matter experts and offerings.

She joins from Arlington, TX-based sampling firm Symmetric, where she was Chief Revenue Officer, and before this spent almost seven years at Lightspeed GMI, in roles including Account Executive and Client Operations Coordinator in Bellevue, WA. She holds a degree in Psychology with a concentration in statistics and research from Columbia University in New York City, and is currently the President-Elect of the Southwest Chapter of the Insights Association.

In her new role, Pieper (pictured) will drive business growth strategy across the company. Company President John Zarrella says of the new arrival: 'Ellen is a force of nature within the industry and brings her experiences, energy and vision to an already amazing team.
