Research Results Creates COO Role

US-based MR operations specialist Research Results has promoted Stephen Oldfied to the newly created role of Chief Operations Officer.

The firm, which was founded in 1987, offers services including panel building and management, online surveys, data entry and tabulation. Oldfield (pictured) joined in 2013 as a Project Manager, and most recently served as Director of Client Services. He began his research career at SRA, where he worked for more than eight years in data input and field.


In his new role, he will have responsibility for day-to-day implementation of strategy and cultural initiatives within the business. He will also help implement policies and strategies, while continuing his role as a team lead on selected major accounts.
