The firm now surveys more than 2,000 children every week, across 3 continents and 7 countries.

Riding will lead the company's research & development strategy and direction. She joins with fifteen years' experience, including ten at ITV and more than four at TV content firm Banijay Group / Banijay Rights. Carley, who worked in RE, SRE and RM roles at Engage Research and Quadrangle in London, and most recently spent two years as a Customer Research Exec at retailer Matalan, will work in the firm's research and trends team, supporting bespoke techniques.

Bleathman worked for two years as a Community Manager at Divergent Insight & Strategy, and will now assist in writing in-depth insight-led reports. Kelly, who previously held Account Management roles in Venn and MediaCom, will work with key accounts and client stakeholders; while Armstrong has already played an instrumental role in the development of the firm's new portal, which launches later this month.

CEO Nick Richardson comments: 'We are very proud of the growth we have enjoyed this year, but these appointments will now help us drive forward to achieve our future goals. We are delighted to be attracting so many high calibre individuals who share our vision to establish The Insights People as not only the global leader in kids' and parents' market intelligence but to provide our clients with solutions to their problems. We still have a number of roles which we are actively hiring for and hope that we can get these roles filled by the end of quarter one 2020, which will see the full-time team be just under 30 strong'.
