New Chief Exec for CX Solutions Firm Sabio

London-based customer experience solutions specialist Sabio Group has appointed Jonathan Gale as CEO. Former Chief Exec Andy Roberts will move to the role of Vice-Chairman, with a continuing focus on inorganic growth.

Gale brings 30 years' experience in the SaaS technology industry, twenty of them focused on customer experience and contact centres, and also has expertise in the creation of cloud products and services. He was CEO of NewVoiceMedia from its start-up in 2011 to its acquisition in 2018 by Vonage for more than $1/3bn; and earlier served as SVP Product at Mimecast, and head of Product Management & Business Development at Symantec Cloud Services, following its acquisition of MessageLabs.

The firm is backed by Horizon Capital, has completed six acquisitions in the last three years including call centre customer service data expert Bright UK Ltd in march last year. It aims to continue expanding geographically and in its product range.
