Adjust Hires to Boost Sales in US and Europe

Mobile measurement, fraud prevention and cybersecurity specialist Adjust has added two senior salespeople, Bill Kiriakis in San Francisco and Silvia Buermann in Berlin.

Silvia Buermann and Bill KiriakisKiriakis, who joins as SVP Global Sales, will oversee the company's global go-to-market sales strategies for scaling growth in new and existing regions. He worked previously in similar roles at Net Perceptions, Coremetrics (acquired by IBM), Omniture (IPOed and acquired by Adobe Systems), and AgilOne (acquired by Acquia). Most recently, he was Chief Revenue Officer at social media analyst Zignal Labs.

Buermann, Adjust's new VP Global Sales Operations, will work closely with sales, marketing and finance to boost efficiencies. She joins from mobile data and analytics platform App Annie, where she was Territory Director for Central & Eastern Europe, Nordics, Russia & CIS; and before this she held leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard, Oracle, Salesforce, Scopevisio and Adobe.

Chief Revenue Officer Shawn Bonham, to whom both will report, comments: 'Adjust is starting 2020 with a lot of growth momentum from last year's funding, acquisitions and hiring of top talent. Bill and Silvia's complementary leadership will be integral to achieving our sales goals as we progress toward becoming one unified platform for all a mobile marketer's needs'.

Adjust, which recently bought two companies, Acquired.io and Unbotify, now has more than 400 employees spread across 16 locations worldwide, and in 2019 raised nearly $230m in funding.
