Directions Hires Ebbing as Operations Lead

Cincinnati, Ohio-based Directions Research has appointed Jason Ebbing as SVP, Executional Excellence.

He brings more than twenty years of experience in the insights industry, most recently from ENGINE and predecessor company ORC International, where he worked in leadership, operations management, process design and change management, most recently as SVP of Operations. He holds an MBA from Xavier University and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati.

In his new role, reporting to President and CEO Jim Lane, Ebbing will be responsible for developing and implementing best in class frameworks that capitalize on operational, staffing and technology efficiencies to ensure the highest level of quality and consistency in client-facing services.
