UserTesting Strengthens Leadership with Two Hires

On-demand insights firm UserTesting has appointed Matt Zelen as Chief Customer Officer, and Jamie Anderson as Chief Growth Advisor.

The San Francisco-based firm offers the Human Insight Platform, which helps clients put customers in the driving seat for the development and design of user experience.

Zelen, who will lead global customer success initiatives and drive the company's customer implementation, enablement and training programs. He brings twenty years' industry experience, most recently from AppZen where he was Chief Operating Officer; and earlier from leadership roles at Salesforce and Oracle.

Anderson, who will work with UserTesting's existing leadership and advise on growth initiatives, global expansion, corporate partnerships and company alignment, served most recently as EMEA President at Marketo, and in his two decades of experience has worked in business development, marketing, product and sales leadership roles at technology companies including SAP, Adobe and Oracle.
