Customer Engagement Agency Havas Helia Names Chicago MD

In Chicago, former Facebook exec Liz Roche has joined customer engagement and data agency Havas Helia as Managing Director.

Havas Helia combines data, technology, strategy and creativity to help clients build measurable customer experiences. Roche (pictured) joins from Facebook, where she led the CPG retail vertical through shopper marketing, eCommerce and retail strategy. Prior to this she worked for digital marketing specialist Epsilon-Conversant as Client Development Lead; having earlier been Enterprise Account Lead at LinkedIn, and Team Lead at Groupon.

In her new role, Roche will lead data-driven strategies, CRM strategy and implementation, loyalty program management and marketing technology consulting for the Chicago group's clients. She will report directly to Michael Kaushansky, President of Havas Helia and Chief Data Officer of Havas in the US.
