Healthcare Researcher Olson Hires for SVP Role

In the US, healthcare specialist Olson Research has appointed Michelle Soto as Senior Vice President, Research Solutions.

The company provides qual and quant MR, with services from fieldwork/recruitment to full execution of projects; and boasts a proprietary database of more than 2.4 million healthcare professionals, patients and payers. Sotto (pictured) joins after nearly four years as SVP at healthcare researcher KJT Group, prior to which she worked for full service healthcare qual and quant agency Segmedica. She began her career at Harris Interactive in 1998, and spent fourteen years at the company, latterly as VP, Healthcare Stakeholder Relationship Consulting.

In a statement, the company said: 'Michelle brings with her a wealth of industry knowledge, and is an expert in all facets of qualitative and quantitative research design and execution. Combining her deep knowledge of the healthcare system and current trends with Michelle's wide range of experience across the product lifecycle, will enable us to further our full-service research offering'.
