New CEO for Cambridge Healthcare Research

UK sector specialist consultancy Cambridge Healthcare Research (CHR) has appointed Chris Stevenson as Chief Executive Officer.

CHR supports clients across the pharma, medical device and consumer healthcare sectors with market and therapy area analysis, product evaluation and benchmarking; while mapping their position in the marketplace; and outlining competitor activities, intent and capabilities. As well as its offices in Cambridge and London, the firm has consultants located across Europe, Asia and North America.

Stevenson (pictured) most recently worked for Cello Health Consulting as Managing Consultant, supporting clients with commercial strategy issues such as competition, asset development, brand planning and market assessment. Before this he was Founding Partner at Protinus Solutions, providing strategic advice to the pharma, medical device and healthcare communications industries; and he was MD of Healthcare Communications and Consultancy. Earlier, he served as Head of Europe for Medical Media Holdings, and was President of Thomson Physicians World. He has served as a CHR Board member for the past year.
