Buy for London Life Science Specialist Windrose

July 13 2020

London-based life science commercialization strategist Windrose Consulting Group has acquired emerging markets value, access and price assessment specialist Parioforma.

Amy MorganParioforma, which has worked with its new parent for more than ten years, is a consultancy providing analysis and insights to support effective decision-making in 'non-traditional markets', for clients in the chemical, technology, life science, healthcare, pharmaceutical and CRO sectors. In two decades in business, the firm has worked across Eastern Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Windrose, which helps life science companies maximize the commercial value of their products through services including product and portfolio planning, pricing and market access strategy, says the buy strengthens its expertise in emerging markets - a growth area in the last two years with Brazil, Colombia, South Korea and Saudi Arabia 'topping the list'.

Amy Morgan (pictured), Founding Director of Parioforma, now becomes Windrose's Head of Emerging Markets, and comments: 'Windrose is well known for the quality of strategic support. We believe Parioforma can add to this with our substantial experience in emerging markets and are excited to join the team'. For Windrose, Managing Partner Matthew Storer says Morgan's company 'has developed an incredible understanding of healthcare systems and unparalleled network of decision makers', and adds: 'A third of our engagements now cover emerging markets and Parioforma is the perfect addition to further expand our capabilities in a fast growing part of the business'.

The companies are online at www.parioforma.com and www.windrosecg.com .
