Senior Promotions at Directions

Cincinatti-based Directions Research has announced a number of senior promotions, including Jason Ebbing to COO, Carley Metsker and Beth Finn to SVP roles. Cindy Tullis and Tim Laake also now have expanded roles.

The company says the changes 'directly align leaders and project teams based on industry expertise' to improve client service. Ebbing joined the firm in January as SVP Executional Excellence, tasked with developing and implementing frameworks to create operational, staffing and technology efficiencies; and now leads the Directions team in its execution of business operations, reporting to President and CEO Jim Lane.

Metsker, a twenty-year veteran of the company, was previously VP Client Service and now becomes SVP and Group Director, still focused on the restaurant sector. Finn also becomes SVP and Group Director, leading the travel, hospitality and shopper team. She has spent the last four years as VP Client Service and Shopper Practice Lead.

Tullis' SVP role has been expanded to include Group Director leading the healthcare team, whose growth and development she has led during 24 years with Directions. Laake, to whom Metsker, Finn and Tullis now report CMO Laake, whose responsibilities have been expanded to oversee all of Client Service.
