MoEngage Adds Three to Senior Team

Customer analytics platform MoEngage has appointed Atma Gunupudi as Vice President of Global Customer Success; Saurabh Madan as General Manager of South-East Asia & ANZ; and Yash Reddy as Chief Business Officer.

MoEngage's artificial intelligence (AI) and automation platform maps customer journeys and develops hyper-personalized offers, updates, recommendations and other communications across mobile, web, e-mail and SMS. The firm centralizes consumer behavioral analytics, insights and marketing automation into one dashboard, through which brands can engage with their customers across channels, and personalize touchpoints. In February, it raised $25m in a Series C round of funding, which it will use to expand in Asia, integrate advanced capabilities into its product mix, and scale operations in the USA and Europe.

Gunupudi joins in India to help shape and scale the company's customer success strategy, after a decade at Salesforce, latterly as Director, Customer Success Lead. He previously worked at BT in the UK, as Manager, Process Improvement. Madan joins in Singapore from mobile analytics and marketing platform CleverTap, where he served as Senior Director - APAC; having previously been Enterprise Sales Lead - Hong Kong, ASEAN and India at consumer targeting firm Purple WiFi. At MoEngage, he will oversee the company's go-to-market initiatives. Reddy was most recently Analyst, Global Corporate and Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Mumbai, having begun his management career at Nokia.
