Merkle Promotes for New EMEA Marketing Lead Role

Data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company Merkle has promoted Azlan Raj for the new role of CMO for the EMEA region.

Merkle is part of Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN), and the new role sits across all the parent group's CRM capabilities, including commerce, data and technology platforms, analytics, media, customer experience, content and B2B.

Raj (pictured) was previously Merkle's SVP for customer experience across EMEA, and will now be responsible for evolving the company's proposition, integrating data, analytics, media, CRM and technology.
