alva Names Jasper Snyder Chief Client Officer

In New York, reputation intelligence specialist alva has promoted former Advertising Research Foundation (ARF) exec Jasper Snyder to the role of Chief Client Officer.

The firm, which also has offices in London, monitors, analyses and reports on stakeholder sentiment, to help clients link reputation to business performance. Snyder (pictured) joined in early 2019 as VP, Head of US & Canada, having previously worked at location intelligence provider Foursquare as Senior Director, Ad Research & Measurement. Prior to this he worked for ARF, in the role of EVP, Research & Innovation: Cross-Platform & Media, leading the organization's 'How Advertising Works Unveiled' research initiative. Earlier, he held senior positions at Ipsos, Converseon, BuzzBack and Datamonitor.

At alva, Snyder will be responsible for managing client success for the company's four lines of business: Consumer, Financial Services, Industry and Americas. He will report to CEO and founder Alberto Lopez, who comments: 'Jasper has outstanding leadership and management experience, and a demonstrated ability to build relationships that create genuine value for our clients. We're very excited that Jasper will be leading our client success efforts globally and that he will join our executive team'.
