First Partners for Healthcare Specialist Day One

In London, Healthcare insights agency Day One Strategy gears up for growth with the appointments of former Hall & Partners researchers Aurora Albert and Elise Roche as its first Partners.

Launched in February 2019 by Abigail Stuart, who previously served as Hall & Partners' Global CEO of Health, and Hannah Mann, who was Hall & Partners' Managing Partner, European Health, Day One Strategy combines technology with human intelligence to better understand customers' wants, needs and behaviour. The firm works with behavioural scientists, storytellers, cultural anthropologists, psychologists and others; and is supported by project managers and a global network of insights professionals, who help Day One Strategy to communicate the benefits and value of clients' products and position their brands.

Albert, a native French speaker, psychologist and behavioural change specialist, joins from Kantar Health where she served as Client Director, having previously spent more than six years at Hall & Partners, latterly as Behavioural Insight Director (Healthcare). In her new role, she will use her expertise to develop new thinking about emotion and behaviour. Roche joins after more than five years at Hall & Partners, where she was Group Strategy Director, having earlier worked for Kantar as a Managing Consultant. At One Day Strategy, she will bring methodological capabilities and experience to help support large global pharma companies launch new products and brands.
