Luck and Brazil Team Up for Exec Coaching Initiative

In the US, entrepreneur and marketing consultant Kristin Luck and her former business partner Jamin Brazil have linked up to launch an initiative called 'The Consortium', for which they will lead quarterly executive coaching forums for business leaders and marketers.

Luck is the former President and CMO of quant MR tech firm Decipher, which acquired her previous business, MR software and tech provider Forefront Consulting Group in 2007. Earlier, she helped launch AC Nielsen's first online research practice; co-founded OTX (Online Testing Exchange) in 2000, and subsequently sold it to Ipsos in 2010. Brazil co-founded Decipher in 2000 and then sold it to FocusVision fifteen years later, becoming FocusVision's CEO. Earlier, he worked for MACRO Consulting as VP of Research, and founded data management firm WebConstruction.com.

The pair's new initiative - launched through Luck's current business, management consultancy ScaleHouse - comprises themed forums for C-level execs and sales and marketing professionals. Each forum will include four to six peers from non-competitive businesses, who meet twice per month for a minimum of three months. The founders say that participants will come away from the experience with tools and strategies to meet their goals for growth and profitability. Themes will cover development of the right strategy; systems and tools to drive rapid growth; and tips to ensure revenue teams maximize sales and marketing efforts. Participants will also learn how to establish strategies to drive client growth and profitability; and how to align internal behavior to better achieve performance goals.
