New Hires and Larger Office for The Insights People

Kids, tweens and teens market intelligence specialist The Insights People has appointed four new team members and moved to a new 2,000 square foot office on Manchester's Portland Street.

Now boasting 48 staff, the company focuses on research among kids aged 3-18 and their 'ecosystems' and operates in the UK, the US, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, India, Brazil, Mexico, Australia and Canada. The firm surveys more than 5,000 children every week, across five continents and 13 countries.

Claire Garner joins to oversee the bespoke research team, and from early 2021 will also lead the company's new services for media analysis and evaluation. She spent seventeen years at MediaCom, latterly as Associate Director, and then four years running her own firm, More Insight.

In addition, Lewis Townsend has joined as Account Director following work in recruitment and contracts roles at Search Consultancy and GRI UK respectively; recent Nottingham Trent University graduate Sam Nguyen as Research Executive; and Swansea University graduate Joseph Newton as Junior Developer. The firm has also promoted Beth Bleathman to SRE.

The company recently appointed former Reach Plc executives Richard Roycroft and Sarah Mitchell as Commercial Director and Group Account Director; and says it continues to recruit for roles in research, marketing, tech development and data science.
