Nielsen's Paul Walker Joins Consumer Intelligence

Long-time Nielsen exec Paul Walker has joined UK-based financial services sector insight provider Consumer Intelligence (CI) as Chief Commercial Officer, tasked with leading the client-facing arm of the business.

Paul WalkerCI benchmarks the insurance market and retail banking sector in the UK and beyond, helping clients improve customer service and their own business performance. Walker (pictured) joins after 26 years at Nielsen, most recently as MD for UK & Ireland. During his time with the firm, Walker also held a number of senior leadership roles including SVP International Clients; European Head of Analytics, Sales Effectiveness; Group MD, Russia, and East Europe; and MD, Nielsen Turkey.

In his new position, he will oversee client servicing and partnerships, marketing, and product development, and will be responsible for optimising the end-to-end client experience to support the growth of the business.
