Bounteous Hires Chief Strategy & Insights Officer

Chicago, US-based digital agency Bounteous has hired long-term Publicis Sapient exec Jaspreet Singh for the newly created role of Chief Strategy & Insights Officer, tasked with overseeing the company's teams of strategists, researchers and analysts.

Jaspreet SinghBounteous' digital transformation services are delivered through a 'customer-centric co-innovation enablement model'. This starts with the firm's Strategy and Analytics & Insights practices, which offer services including conversion optimization, data science, dashboarding and reporting, and customer data platforms.

Singh (pictured) joins after eleven years at Publicis Sapient (formerly SapientRazorfish), where he most recently led industry strategy for the Telco, Media & Technology practice. Previously, he served as Corporate Strategy Officer and Strategy & Consulting practice lead for North America, developing and leading the firm's go-to-market strategy; and directing customer research, strategic planning and business analysis capabilities for a team of 300. Earlier, he held senior product development roles at BT's mobile content business iO Global and Citigroup.
