Pureprofile Hires Three in Australia

January 29 2021

Australia-based digital research platform Pureprofile has appointed former Kantar exec Young Ham as Head of Data, Innovation and Product; plus Kate Richards as Interim Head of Sales, Data & Insights ANZ, and Tom Hamilton as Senior Account Director.

Young HamPureprofile, which also has operations in the US, Europe and India, collects consumer profile data through a large panel and a suite of technology solutions, in exchange for rewards. Ham (pictured) joins with close to two decades of experience in the research industry, after roles at Kantar, Lightspeed Research and TNS. Most recently, he served as Director of Data Solutions & Sourcing at Kantar, leading the data products and sampling partnerships for the APAC region. In his new position, he will be responsible for the strategy and development of the company's portfolio of products.

Richards, who will take up the new role for twelve months before becoming Senior Account Director, spent the last six years in senior client development roles at Lightspeed Research, and worked previously at GMI and Research Now. Hamilton brings more than twenty years of client service and delivery experience to his new role: prior to joining, he was a Senior Account Director at Dynata, after fourteen years at Research Now, and positions at Indiefield and TNS NFO.

Commenting on the appointments, CEO Martin Filz said: 'We are thrilled to welcome Young, Kate and Tom to our team as we ramp up for a successful year. As we move towards a cookieless world by 2022, we look forward to continuing to grow our global team to deliver valuable insights to companies around the world'.
