Former Annalect CEO Named OPMG Experience Lead

Erin Matts, the former CEO of Omnicom-owned data and analytics firm Annalect, has joined Omnicom Precision Marketing Group (OPMG) as Chief Experience Officer, Head of Omnichannel.

Erin MattsOPMG combines Omnicom's global digital, data and CRM capabilities to deliver targeted customer experiences at scale. Its 'Omni' cultural insights and data engine is used to deliver data-driven product / service design, technology strategy and implementation, CRM / loyalty strategy and activation, and econometric and attribution modeling.

Matts (pictured) joins from Omnicom Media Group's (OMG) data-driven marketing agency network Hearts & Science, where she served as Chief Executive, before which she was CEO of OMG's data and analytics division Annalect. Earlier, she was Chief Digital Marketing Officer at Glam Media and Global Director of Digital Connections at Anheuser-Busch InBev, and she spent six years at OMD, latterly as Chief Digital Officer. Her background includes experience of using first- and third-party data to drive real-time and personalized interactions across all touchpoints.

In her new position, Matts will work with agencies and consultancies across the OPMG portfolio on customer experience orchestration and transformation initiatives. She will report to OPMG CEO Luke Taylor, who comments: 'We are thrilled to have someone of Erin's caliber join our ranks.
