Qualtrics Hires Laufer as ANZ Country Manager

US-based experience management company Qualtrics has appointed Jason Laufer as Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand.

SAP-owned Qualtrics provides solutions for clients to continually assess and improve the four 'core experiences'. These include contact centre customer needs forecast CustomerXM; employee engagement trend tracker EmployeeXM; ProductXM, which gives product managers the ability to test market 'fit' on new products; and BrandXM.

Laufer (pictured) joins after nearly six years at LinkedIn, latterly as Senior Director, Asia Pacific. Prior to this he worked for IBM for more than eight years, most recently as Director, Asia Pacific Mobile business; and earlier as Director / General Manager for Australia and New Zealand Digital, Inside Sales, and Mid-Market Segments. Earlier he held senior roles with Microsoft and Gateway.

In his new position, Laufer will lead the company's more than 200 employees and its operations in the ANZ region.
